
Daniele, Italian baker at Tablehurst farm, makes all of his bread using his own sourdough starters and with flour he mills himself, much of it from grains grown on Tablehurst Farm. He uses a traditional wood-fired oven heated with logs also from the woods on the farm to produce this delicious organic sourdough bread.
